Mark “Duke” Schneider- Associate Broker, REO Specialist e-Pro, Webographer – Team Leader.

 Duke has 20+ years of real estate and management experience, including; property management, requirements planning, leasing, asset management, acquisition, disposition.  Previously he acted as a Team leader at IBM developing and implementing IBM’s U. S. real estate strategy, which won him the President’s Award for Management Excellence. Other positions also include V.P. and Portfolio Manager of Grubb & Ellis in Dallas, TX, at which time he managed a portfolio of properties for several Fortune 500 companies in a six state area with a staff of over 200.  While at Grub & Ellis, Duke received the National award for Property Manager of the Year in 2001.  Duke also served as V.P. of Real Estate and Business Development at RRT in Phoenix AZ. Duke has a Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix, and a BA from  St. John’s University, NY.

Hugh Rowley has been a Realtor for the past 10 years specializing in finding just the right home for first time home buyers.  By virtue of his experience and training, he is considered well informed in the procurement of Short Sale and REO's or Bank/Lender owned properties for his clients.

Hugh's introduction to the industry was joining the top producing real estate developer in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as a project sales manager on a site that consisted of three high-rise 21-story ocean-front luxury condominium resort towers.  Over a three year period, it was his pleasure to present, in excess of 700 clients, the keys to their second home. During his tenure, Hugh also oversaw the sales, marketing and the quality control of a new construction project.  This 300-site log cabin community in the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee was one of the highliights of his life.   Building on the side of a mountain presented daunting challenges, great learning experiences and many long days of pure enjoyment seeing the outcome and the happiness that it brought to our clients.

Jennie James- has lived in Central Tucson for over 25 years and has a B.A. in English from the University of Tucson.  Prior to establishing herself as a Real Estate Professional, Jennie worked at the University of Arizona bookstore and substitute taught in the Tucson school district. She has been in real estate for over five years, serving on the Education committee of the Tucson  Association of Realtors.  In 2008, Jennie assisted in rewriting the association's New Member Orientation Program and has subequently  taught this course a number of times.  With the recent introduction and importance of internet social media in business relationships, Jennie has become somewhat of an expert in that field. using this knowledge to assist sellers and to find buyers in a non obtrusive way.  You can find her on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Myspace, Active Rain, as well as others i.e. the Unified School District of Arizona webite.

A hard worker, Jennie has completed over 200 Broker Price Opinions in the last year, and knows what it takes to sell and buy REO properties.  Jennie, Hugh, and Mark are certified Foreclosure, Short sale, and REO Specialists.
